MMAVOX
MMAVOX is a two-component, solvent-based coating for floor, wall, and occupational safety marking, based on methyl methacrylate (MMA) acrylic resin.

Application & Curing Time
Application
It is important to carry out the processes in small areas, piece by piece, and to repeat until the entire area is completed.
Curing Time
- Avoid walking/traffic on the applied area for the first 24 hours to protect it.
- Can be opened for general use after 48 hours. Full/optimal performance is achieved after 7 days.
- Wait at least 1 day before opening for use in showers/wet areas.
Areas of Use
- On roofs, terraces, balconies, and roof gutters/drains
- On ceramic surfaces, in workshops, and in children's playgrounds
- On multi-purpose concrete sports surfaces
- In work areas under heavy working conditions, for coating concrete and asphalt surfaces
Surface Preparation
Depending on the application method and air temperature; it is applied in a single coat using a roller, brush, or paint machines. If a second coat is required, wait at least 2 hours between coats. Components A and B must be thoroughly mixed in the specified ratio before application.
Mix Preparation (MIX)
Since the resin and hardener may be corrosive and allergenic, it is recommended to wear gloves during application.
- Combine Component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) in the bucket. Ensure that the entire liquid is used.
- Mix until a smooth and homogeneous consistency is obtained. Perform the mixing process with a low-speed mixer (approximately 150 rpm).
- MMAVOX may cause irritation on sensitive skin. Avoid contact with skin.
- In case of contact, wash with soap and plenty of water. Seek medical assistance if irritation persists.
- Not recommended for use in areas where concentrated chemicals are used.
- Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaners with a pH value outside the range of 5-7 on the product.
- It is recommended to regularly clean the applied surfaces and immediately remove any spilled materials.
- Do not allow water to accumulate on the surface until the product is completely dry.
Clean tools and equipment with water while the material is still fresh. Although MMAVOX is stain-resistant, it is recommended to regularly clean joints and surfaces as needed.
