Ensure that the tiles are firmly adhered and that the appropriate adhesive mortar is used. It is important to adhere to the initial curing time of the adhesive mortar before applying the epoxy grout.

The tiles must be clean and free of residues. The depth of the joint gaps should be cleared of mortar to 2/3, and the joint width should be between 3 mm - 10 mm (1/8" - 3/8"). This epoxy grout is suitable for glass tiles; however, it may scratch marble and limestone. Test the product on a small area first to ensure compatibility.

Mix Preparation (MIX)

It is recommended to wear gloves as resin and hardener may be corrosive and allergenic.

1. Mix the resin (A) and hardener (B) in the bucket together. Ensure that all of the liquid is used.
2. Mix until a smooth paste is obtained. Use a low-speed mixer (approximately 150 rpm). Add 4 kg of specially prepared sand with color or glitter to the mixture.
3. From this point on, you have approximately 70 minutes to apply the epoxy grout.

• Application and Cleaning

  Note: It is important to carry out the following steps on small surfaces in one go and to repeat until the job is completed.

  1. Application: After the epoxy grout is prepared, immediately fill the joints using a hard rubber epoxy trowel. Apply the trowel at a diagonal angle to ensure deep penetration into the joint and to prevent air pockets. In vertical (wall) applications, wait 10-15 minutes for the epoxy to thicken before applying.
  2. Removing Excess: Clean the excess grout on the surface of the tiles by holding the hard rubber epoxy trowel at a 90° angle and always moving diagonally across the joints.
  3. Initial Cleaning: After the grout has spread, wait 20 minutes before proceeding to clean. Use room temperature water and a sponge to clean the tiles. Lightly wipe the surfaces in circular motions with a damp sponge. Rinse the sponge frequently and change the water regularly. The color of the grout will settle as it dries.
  4. Final Cleaning: About 30 to 60 minutes after the initial cleaning, perform the final cleaning on all surfaces with a damp sponge. This step prevents residues and ensures the joints are smooth. Before starting the cleaning, wring out the sponge to remove excess water. You can also use a clean cloth for drying after the final cleaning.

Curing Time

• Do not walk or allow vehicles on the area for the first 24 hours to protect the joints.
• Ready for general use after 48 hours; however, optimum performance/strength is achieved after 14 days.
• If residues remain on the tiles within the first 24 hours after application, clean the surface with mild soap, water, and a white abrasive sponge.
• Wait 7 days before allowing use in showers and wet volume areas.
