It is a water-based primer containing polymer acrylic copolymer emulsion with texture, used to increase surface adhesion and working time before cement and especially gypsum-based plaster applications on highly absorbent rough concrete surfaces, walls, and ceilings.
Surface Preparation
- The surface must be cleaned of residues that may prevent adhesion.
- If applying on hot surfaces, the surface should be cooled with water without delay.
- The surface should be cured and solid.
Application
- The hardness, water absorption, and integrity of the surface to be applied should be checked in advance.
- The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned of dust, dirt, debris, oil, etc.
- The surfaces for Rough Concrete Primer application must be clean and dry, free from all kinds of dirt, oil, and dust. Rough Concrete Primer can be diluted with water between 10-15%.
- Mix with a mixer at 400-600 rpm for 3-5 minutes until no lumps remain.
- If the mixture cannot be used shortly, the mixing process should be repeated occasionally to achieve a homogeneous distribution.
- SURFACE GRIPVOX 333P Rough Concrete Primer is applied in a single coat with a roller.
- After applying VOX Rough Concrete Primer, proceed to plaster application after 6 hours.
- During application, ensure that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5°C and +30°C.
- Plaster or gypsum application must be carried out within 7 days after the application of SURFACE GRIPVOX 333P Rough Concrete Primer.

- Used as a primer to enhance adhesion strength for applying gypsum, lime, and cement-based plasters on rough concrete surfaces.
Rough Concrete Primer can be diluted with water between 10-15%.

Dilute with water at most 20%.
DRYING TIME (20°C)
Plaster application: 6 hours.
Min. 12 hours
- Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
- After application, protect from direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (above +35°C), rain, and frost.
- The material should be mixed with a mixer at a maximum of 120 rpm.
- It is recommended to use rubber gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. A dust mask should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored out of reach of children.
- Consult doctors if necessary.
