Super elastic white cement-based, two-component, UV resistant, flexible waterproofing product that creates an effective barrier against salts and carbon dioxide.
Surface Preparation
- The surface must be clean, moist, smooth, and solid.
- Significant defects or holes on the surface must be repaired with REPAIRVOX 15R REPAIR MORTAR at least 24 hours before applying AQUAVOX LATEX 405X.
- Highly porous surfaces like raw concrete and cement-based plaster should be wetted with clean water and allowed to remain moist until the water film disappears.
Application
- No foreign materials should be added.
- The areas to be applied must be repaired.
- Only its own liquid should be used in the mixture. Water must not be added under any circumstances.
- Care should be taken not to mechanically damage the waterproofing material during the coating process.
- On surfaces that may be exposed to mechanical impacts, at least 2 layers of protective material like ceramic should be applied over AQUAVOX 405X.
- After resting, the mixture should be mixed for another 1-2 minutes to be ready.
- The prepared mortar should be consumed within 2 hours.
- Immediately after application, before it hardens, equipment should be cleaned with water.

For each layer, 10 L of liquid component B should be slowly added to 22.67 kg of powder component A and mixed with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
- Only its own liquid should be used for the mixture.
- After application, protect from direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (above +35°C), rain, and frost.
- Do not add powder or liquid to expired mortar.
- Do not apply on wood, particle board, MDF, plywood, PVC, and metal surfaces.
- It is recommended to use latex gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. A dust mask should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored out of reach of children.
- Consult doctors if necessary.
