It is a coating plaster specially developed for interior and exterior walls, with high durability, covering application errors, providing a decorative appearance, easy to prepare and apply, long-lasting, and with high adhesion strength. It can be painted with all types of paint (except synthetic-solvent based paints).
Surface Preparation
- The hardness, water absorption, and stability of the surface to be applied should be checked in advance. Any voids and areas requiring repair on the surface should be repaired with "REPAIRVOX 15R" repair mortar.
- The surfaces to be coated should be cleaned of dust, dirt, debris, oil, etc.
Application
- In hot weather, it is recommended to apply "PRIMERVOX" as a decorative plaster primer before application.
- Clean and cold water is gradually added to the mixing container and mixed with a low-speed mixer (120 RPM) for about 10 minutes until the mixture becomes lump-free.
- Before starting the application, the surface should be primed, and after the primer has dried, the Decorative Plaster is applied to the surface with a steel trowel, and depending on the environmental conditions, the surface is textured after 20-30 minutes.
- Patterns are created on the surface using circular motions with a texture comb.
- After application, tools should be washed thoroughly with water.
- Plaster cannot be applied over material that has exceeded the application time and must be cleaned from the surface.
- Material in hardened and set containers cannot be used.
- Used as a coating plaster on fine plaster and reinforced insulation plaster, etc.
- In foundation insulation and retaining walls,
- On all types of mineral surfaces,
- Applied on terraces (provided they are protected), for thermal insulation in engineering structures.
- Used in indoor and outdoor areas to provide a decorative facade appearance on raw concrete, brick, aerated concrete.
5.75-7 liters of clean water is poured into the mixing container, and the powder component is gradually added and mixed until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. A low-speed mixer should be used for the mixture. Mixing at high speed prevents achieving a homogeneous consistency. After waiting for a 5-minute maturation period, the mixed mortar is ready for use.
- Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
- After application, protect from direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (+35°C and above), rain, and frost.
- Do not add powder to mortar that has exceeded its usage period.
- The material should be mixed with a maximum of 120 RPM mixer.
- It is recommended to use latex gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. A dust mask should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored out of reach of children.
