Product Description
Cement-based, single-component, general-purpose adhesive mortar with good stability.
Surface Preparation
• The surfaces to be applied must be clean and solid. Dust, oil, dirt, and materials that prevent adhesion must be removed from the surface, and residues such as mortar and cement must be scraped off the surface.
• Repairs for surface defects deeper than 2 cm must be completed at least 1 day in advance.
• All substances that may prevent adhesion on the surface must be cleaned. Otherwise, negative results may occur.
• The areas to be applied must be repaired.
• After spreading the mortar on the surface with the flat side of the trowel, it should be combed according to the size of the selected tiles.
• For the application of covering materials sized 40x40 cm and larger, combined adhesion methods should be preferred in areas with heavy pedestrian and load traffic.
• Tiles pressed onto the combed mortar must be adhered within 20 minutes. Adhesion should not be performed on the mortar under unsuitable environmental conditions such as high temperature, low humidity, or wind; the mortar should be removed from the surface.
• Ceramic, travertine, natural stone
• Surfaces such as vertical and horizontal bathrooms, kitchens, concrete, plaster, and screed for materials like mosaic and decorative brick.
• The surface must be primed with 133P Smooth Surface Primer before ceramic-to-ceramic adhesive applications.
Pour 6.5 - 7.5 liters of clean water into a clean, round-shaped container, and slowly add the 25 kg powder product while mixing until a homogeneous appearance is achieved without lumps. The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer. Fresh mortar should be mixed again before application after resting for 5 minutes.
• Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
• Pay attention to the amount of water added to the mortar.
• Do not add powder or water to mortar that has exceeded its usage time.
• If the material shows signs of crusting, re-wetting is not recommended.
• It is recommended to use protective gloves during product application.
• The product should not be inhaled directly. Dust masks should be used if necessary.
• Products should be stored out of reach of children.
• Consult doctors if necessary.
