Complies with TS EN 13888, Class CG1. It is a joint filling material with high stability and elastic properties, offering a wide range of application options.
Surface Preparation
- The surface must be smooth, clean, and solid; fine plasters on the surface should be scraped off completely.
- Pore surfaces should be moistened and kept damp until the water layer disappears.
- Mix 20 kg of joint filler with an average of 4-5 liters of water using a low-speed mixer until no lumps remain.
- After resting for 10 minutes, the mixed mortar is ready for use.
- Clean the joint gaps from dust, dirt, debris, etc.
- After applying the mortar with a rubber trowel, smooth it with a rubber float.
- Clean the joints on the surface with a damp sponge 2 hours after application.
- The floor can be used after 24-48 hours.
Areas of Use
- On movable floors, surfaces exposed to sudden temperature changes
- In factory buildings, at lower and upper passages, in areas with high human circulation
- Used for filling joint gaps of ceramics, tiles, marble, and other stone materials in areas exposed to vibration.
Pour 4-5 liters of clean water into a clean, round-shaped container, and gradually add 20 kg of powder product while mixing until a homogeneous appearance is achieved without lumps. The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer. Fresh mortar should be mixed again before application after resting for 5 minutes.
- Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
- Pay attention to the amount of water remaining in the mortar.
- Do not add dust or water to mortar that has exceeded its usage time.
