S2 Class highly flexible, two-component, high-performance, slip-reduced, cement-based adhesive mortar designed for bathrooms, wet areas, and long working performance.
Surface Preparation
- Surfaces to be applied must be clean and sound. Dust, oil, dirt, and materials that prevent adhesion must be removed from the surface, and thick layers of mortar, cement, etc. must be scraped off the surface.
- Pore surfaces should be moistened and waited until the water layer disappears while keeping the surface damp.
- 25 Kg FLEXVOX TECHNO should be slowly poured over 10 liters of liquid component and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer.
- Do not add water to the liquid component!
- The prepared mortar should be rested for 5-10 minutes.
- Before starting the application, the mortar should be mixed again for 2-3 minutes.
- The tiles applied with force on the notched mortar should be adhered within 20 minutes.
- To achieve better adhesion, the mortar should be spread with the flat side of the trowel and then notched with the toothed side of the trowel suitable for the tile size.
- The tiles should be adhered evenly to the notched area.
- Used for the application of covering materials such as ceramics, natural stones, travertine, decorative bricks, granite, porcelain ceramics, clinker, etc. in horizontal and vertical positions in indoor and outdoor areas.
- Used for the vertical covering of floor and wall ceramics on concrete surfaces, plaster, screed, and wall surfaces. They are used in wet areas such as pools, water tanks, baths, and showers.
- Has high adhesion stability.
- Before ceramic-to-ceramic adhesive applications, the surface must be primed with 133P Smooth Surface Primer.
10 Lt of Flexvox Techno mixture liquid is placed in a clean, round-shaped container, and 25 kg of powder product is gradually added while mixing until a homogeneous appearance is achieved without lumps. The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer. Fresh mortar should be mixed again before application after resting for 5 minutes.
- Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
- Pay attention to the amount of water remaining in the mortar.
- Do not add powder and water to the mortar that has exceeded its usage period.
- It is recommended to use rubber gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. Dust masks should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored out of reach of children.
