Cement-based, practical AAC masonry mortar. It is used in the construction of building elements such as AAC blocks and pumice bricks, which have high water absorption.

Surface Preparation

  • The surfaces to be applied must be clean and solid. Dust, oil, dirt, and materials that prevent adhesion must be removed from the surface, and thick layers of mortar, cement, etc. must be scraped off the surface.
  • To ensure the wall can be built straight, the surfaces must be level. Weak parts should be removed.
  • The application surface must be free from materials that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, tar, paint, silicone, curing agents, detergents, and form oils.
  • The surface must be free from thick layers that prevent adhesion.
  • The surface must be cured and solid.
  • The AAC surface should be damp but not waterlogged at the time of contact with concrete. It is recommended to lightly moisten the surface beforehand to allow the mortar to absorb water.
  • In a clean container free from any adhesion-preventing substances, 6.5-7.5 liters of clean water at normal ambient temperature is added, and 25 kg of powder product is slowly added while mixing until a homogeneous appearance is achieved without lumps.
  • The prepared mortar should rest for 5-10 minutes to mature.
  • Before starting the application, the mortar should be mixed again for 1-2 minutes.
  • The tiles applied with force on the notched mortar must be adhered within 20 minutes.
  • To achieve better adhesion, the flat side of the trowel should spread the mortar on the surface, and then the notched side of the trowel should be used according to the size of the tile.
  • Used for bonding building elements such as AAC blocks, bricks, and tiles.
  • Used in the construction of high water absorption building elements like AAC and bricks.
  • Used in vertical and horizontal applications in residences, shopping malls, hospitals, etc.
  • Mixed with hand or mortar machine.

  • In a clean, round-shaped container, 6.5-7.5 liters of clean water is added, and 25 kg of powder product is gradually added while mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without lumps.

  • Wait for 5 minutes and mix again to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • The prepared mortar is applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces with a trowel.

  • The placed masonry materials are compacted from the top and sides.

  • During the masonry process, the connection of columns and walls with masonry materials must be ensured with mortar.

  • Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
  • Pay attention to the amount of water remaining in the mortar.
  • Do not add powder or water to expired mortar.
  • It is recommended to use gloves during product application.
  • The product should not be inhaled directly. A dust mask should be used if necessary.
  • Products should be stored out of reach of children.
  • Consult a doctor if necessary.
