Product Description
VENEERVOX 110X is a versatile polymer fortified mortar designed specifically for the installation of adhered masonry veneer, natural stone and thin brick and it does not require the use of latex admix, you only need to add water to produce thick bed mortar with exceptional strength. A high performance mix provides high non-sag performance for vertical installations and obtains high bond strength to the substrate and veneers.

Limitations to the Product
Should not be installed when ambient or surface temperature is lower than 50°F (10°C) or higher than 100°F (38°C). Surfaces must be structurally sound and rigid enough to support ceramic/stone tile, thin brick and similar finishes. Rough or uneven concrete surfaces should be made smooth.
Mastics, adhesive mortars and pointing mortars for thin brick, masonry veneer, stone, pavers and are not replacements for waterproofing membranes or air and water barriers.
Using this product for veneer installations, consult local building code requirements regarding limitations and installation system specifications. Please do not for use in submerged or steam room applications.

Curing of Product
Curing time is affected by ambient and surface temperatures and humidity. Use the following as a guideline.

Health Precautions
This product contains Portland cement and silica sand. Avoid eye contact or prolonged contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. If eye contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes and consult a physician. Do not breathe dust; wear a NIOSH approved respirator.
